Since The Summit has been around it never really utilized a good internet presence. They always had a website that had their schedules for sports and sign ups but it was very generic and basic. The Summit was formed before any social media was around so that was a huge defect in getting their services out to the public.

Now they have a better put together website along with all types of Social Media. However, even though that it has a lot more information on it, it is still lacking a few technological advances that could be utilized more proficiently.

Since there are numerous amounts of events there, from hockey, soccer and lacrosse games to figure skating and gymnastics, to trade shows and other organized events, I think that there should be a way on the website to allow people to live stream from their computers or mobile devices to watch these events. They could charge people a yearly fee for full access. This way friends and family members that are not able to make it to these events can watch it at home or wherever they are at.
